Uptown Consortium, Inc. (UCI) is now a managed entity of The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority (The Port), creating a strategic alliance that strengthens our ability to accelerate economic growth across Uptown's five neighborhoods: Avondale, Clifton, Clifton Heights, University Heights and Fairview (CUF), Corryville and Mt. Auburn. This partnership unites two organizations with aligned visions to tackle the region's most challenging real estate obstacles through collaborative engagement with Uptown’s anchor institutions and communities. 

For over two decades, UCI spearheaded Uptown's transformation. Now, The Port will enhance this momentum by leveraging its extensive development experience to attract additional investment. Our combined strengths and expertise will catalyze transformative growth in one of Cincinnati's most dynamic and promising districts.
