Uptown Consortium’s (UCI) Food Truck Thursdays has reached the halfway point of its 10-week pilot program to generate activity at the Digital Futures Complex. There are five weeks left to enjoy food trucks and live music each Thursday during lunchtime from 11am-1pm.
“Food Truck Thursdays have been the sizzling secret ingredient to fueling awesome camaraderie amongst UC's Digital Futures community - we don’t want FTT to ever end,” said UC Office of Research Associate Vice President for Research Jennifer Krivickas.
Food Truck Thursdays is a partnership among UCI, UC’s Digital Futures and Terrex Development and Construction with the goal of providing a variety of food options for Uptown employees, residents and visitors right in the middle of the district.
“Taking advantage of this time of year to activate the outdoor space at the Digital Futures Complex has brought people together by offering lunch time food options and music which are critical amenities needed to program the site,” said Thomas Xanders, Development Project Manager for Terrex Construction.
