Many incredible women live and work in the Uptown area, including three female leaders making a difference through their Uptown-based nonprofit organizations. We spoke with each woman about her experiences, organization, and how you can get involved this month and beyond.

For more than 13 years, UCI has partnered with Alloy Development, Co. to provide technical assistance through coaching to small businesses and organizations in Uptown.

In Uptown, many excellent nonprofits serve the community in a variety of ways, whether it be through financial donations, food drives, mentorship programs or volunteer work. We reached out to a few employees from some of UCI’s member institutions to learn more about their favorite local nonprofits.

Recognizing the importance of digital inclusion, the project is focused on identifying how to connect Avondale residents to reliable internet, devices, technical support and training.

UCI recently convened a design charette with key stakeholders, continuing critical conversations to discuss and map solutions around transportation connectivity, access and safety at the epicenter of The Cincinnati Innovation District.
